Jenifer Fox, Head of Purnell School, leads the Strengths Movement in Schools.
Using Purnell School's strengths-based Affinities Program as a national model, it is our hope that American education will begin to change from an overwhelming focus on deficits to a focus on student strengths.
The Today Show sent a film crew with new correspondent and former NY Giants football star Tiki Barber out to Purnell on March 26th to explore the School's program. Barber interviewed students and Ms. Fox. Then the crew headed on to Dallas to cover the Strengths Movement Tour on March 28th.
